The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is a process of formation and prayer for non-Catholics seeking full initiation into the Catholic Church to receive the sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation and for baptized Catholics seeking Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation. Formation sessions are conducted by clergy and a team of RCIA catechists. Participants are encouraged to share and grow in their faith and relationship to Christ and His Church through the Inquiry, Catechumenate, Penitential, and Mystagogy stages and the understanding of Catholic traditions, Scripture, doctrine and the active ministries of our parish community.

A separate RCIA process is also available for children ages 7 to 12 who have not had previous religious education.
